I was Born & Raised in a Small Town in Alaska. Fishing, Forestry & Tourism were our main industries. I grew up in a Family Petroleum Business. My first job was licking stamps for the monthly billing, I was 6 yrs old. In H.S. I stripped Lead Line off Gill Nets for Local Fishermen for $0.25/hr.

I graduated H.S. (Age 17), Earned a B.S. in Chemistry & Biology, a Ph.D. in Endocrinology, Bought my first home—which became a Rental— at Age 23 & I never looked back. For 14 years I worked in Government as an Inhalation Toxicology & Technical Communications Expert. As a Contractor I worked with Wild Land Firefighters, Business Owners, Local Communities & Taught Safety Classes at the FBI Academy in Quantico. I’ve been a Commercial Real Estate Investor & Business Owner for ~40 years, right along with My Husband Richard Kaley, of 28 Years.
